Symptoms
Parts of the Content Studio user interface, and EPT-forms containing a Webitor component, displays a popup "Press SPACEBAR or ENTER to activate or use this control".
Cause
Microsoft included this behaviour in a recent security update to MSIE as a result of the proceedings in the ongoing patent case against Eolas - More information is available in the Microsoft Knowledgebase and in numerous other articles on the Internet (eg. http://www.robertnyman.com/2006/04/05/flash-interaction-disabled-in-internet-explorer )
Resolution
A workaround is in place in Content Studio 4.6
